Winter Grilling


In the south BBQ season is pretty much year round. I have knocked snow off of my grill on a determined day, but that is not the norm. There are however some cold days where slow cooking can get down right bone chilling.

Something about the southern humid air that cuts right through you.

Here is a great recipe that does take a bit for preparation, but the outdoor grilling is minimized.
